  • 4 washed tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers, peeled and seeded (1 cut into small cubes)
  • 1 peeled cucumber (½ cut into small cubes)
  • 1 melon (¼ cut into small cubes)
  • ¼ watermelon, cut into large cubes
  • 1 seeded green jalapeño pepper
  • A few halved cherry tomatoes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • A few mint leaves
  • 20cl olive oil
  • 5cl sherry vinegar
  • Cumin, to taste
  • Toasted bread croutons
  • Fine salt and ground pepper
  • Ice cubes

Step-by-Step Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the tomatoes, whole red peppers, half cucumber, melon, watermelon cubes, jalapeño, lemon juice, and a few mint leaves. Add olive oil, sherry vinegar, ice cubes, a pinch of cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water if needed for consistency.
