Hearty Vegan Penne and Avocado Salad Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation
