Ingredients

  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 100 g almonds
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 bag of Santa Maria Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pack of Santa Maria Mini Taco Tubs

Optional: toppings like arugula, cilantro, or finely chopped cucumber.

Preparation

  1. Briefly blend the chickpeas in a food processor and finely chop the almonds.
  2. Finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion over high heat.
  3. Add the chickpeas and almonds, reduce the heat, and stir continuously.
  4. Stir in the Taco Seasoning Mix and cook for about 4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Fill the Mini Taco Tubs with the mixture and add toppings like arugula, cilantro, or finely chopped cucumber.
