- 400 g chickpeas
- 100 g almonds
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bag of Santa Maria Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 pack of Santa Maria Mini Taco Tubs
Optional: toppings like arugula, cilantro, or finely chopped cucumber.
Preparation
- Briefly blend the chickpeas in a food processor and finely chop the almonds.
- Finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onion over high heat.
- Add the chickpeas and almonds, reduce the heat, and stir continuously.
- Stir in the Taco Seasoning Mix and cook for about 4 minutes until heated through.
