Recipe:tomato risotto with burrata

Want to make a tasty risotto with 5 ingredients? It's possible! This tomato risotto with burrata is a real party dish and full of flavour. The Honeytomatoes® have a firm bite and are a unique addition to the dish.

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 2 trays (360 g) Honeytomatoes®
  • 300 g risotto rice
  • 1 l vegetable stock
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • 5 g dried thyme

Preparation method

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the Honeytomatoes® on the truss in an oven dish. Divide the dried thyme over the Honeytomatoes® and roast them in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  3. Put the risotto rice in the pan halfway through the cooking time of the tomatoes and stir-fry for 1 minute. Deglaze the risotto rice with a dash of vegetable stock. Reduce the heat to low and allow the risotto to absorb the stock. Then add the vegetable stock little by little when the risotto rice has absorbed the stock.
