- 2 trays (360 g) Honeytomatoes®
- 300 g risotto rice
- 1 l vegetable stock
- 1 ball of burrata
- 5 g dried thyme
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the Honeytomatoes® on the truss in an oven dish. Sprinkle the dried thyme over them and roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- Halfway through the tomatoes' roasting time, add the risotto rice to a pan and stir-fry for 1 minute. Deglaze with a splash of vegetable stock. Reduce heat to low, let the rice absorb it, then gradually add the remaining stock as it absorbs.
