– 3 tomatoes (about 750 g), diced
– Half an onion, chopped
– 10 g finely chopped coriander
– 2 garlic cloves, crushed
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– 2 tsp Green Tabasco®
– Half a tsp salt
Preparation
Combine the tomatoes, onion, coriander, garlic, lime juice, Green Tabasco® and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to let the flavors develop.
