- 1 tray (180 g) Honeytomatoes®
- 500 g cod
- 350 g green asparagus
- 100 ml garden herb stock
- 2 tsp olive oil
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Trim the woody ends from the green asparagus. Arrange the asparagus, Honeytomatoes®, and garden herb stock in a baking dish.
- Pat the cod fillets dry and cut into 4 pieces. Place over the vegetables, drizzle with olive oil. Bake 15-20 minutes, depending on fish thickness.
- Divide cod and vegetables among plates; serve immediately.
