Refreshing Lamb s Lettuce and Herb Smoothie Recipe

Start your morning right with this vibrant vegetable and herb smoothie. One sip delivers an energizing boost that sustains you all day long—perfect for a healthy breakfast ritual.

Serves 4, preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 400 g pineapple flesh
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 75 g lamb's lettuce
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garden herbs
  • lemon juice to taste

Equipment needed: blender or food processor / immersion blender with tall mixing cup

Preparation

  • Cut the pineapple and celery into pieces.
  • Rinse the needles from the rosemary and chop finely.
  • Put all ingredients except the lemon juice in the blender or mixing bowl.
  • Purée until smooth and add about 250 ml of ice-cold water until the smoothie reaches your desired thickness.
  • Season with lemon juice.
  • Divide the smoothie between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
