Ingredients
Dough
- 80 g butter
- 1.5 dl wheat flour
- 1.5 dl grated cheese
- 30 ml cold water
Filling
- 1 pack of Pulled Oats® Tomato
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 80 g fresh baby spinach
- 2/3 dl sun-dried tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Oil for frying
- 2 small eggs
- 1.5 dl mascarpone
- 1.5 dl grated mozzarella
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Mix the softened butter, grated cheese, water, and wheat flour. Press into a 24 cm cake tin; the dough may extend over the edges. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Sauté finely chopped garlic and onion in oil until translucent. Add spinach and cook until moisture evaporates. Spread over the crust, then top with sun-dried tomatoes, Pulled Oats, and basil.
- Whisk eggs, mascarpone, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour over the filling. Bake for 30 minutes, until the center is fully set. Cool 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a fresh salad.
