Creamy Zucchini Spread: Two Easy Recipes Using Courgette Pulp

  • Half a zucchini (or zucchini pulp)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 1 large tbsp tahini
  • A little garlic powder
  • Pepper

Finely blend the zucchini in your food processor. Add tahini, lemon juice, zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth and creamy.
