  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 120 g unsalted butter, cut into pieces

  • 5 g Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, sage, marjoram, savory...)
  • A pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 60 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • Hot sauce to taste (like Sriracha)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 30 g chopped fresh parsley

How to Prepare

1. Wash zucchini and trim the ends.

2. Spiralize or julienne into noodles. Set aside.

3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 60 g butter over medium heat.

4. Add shrimp in a single layer; season with salt and pepper.

5. Cook 1 minute undisturbed for a light sear on the bottom.
