Recipe:orange-carrot soup

Do you like special combinations with spicy and fresh? Then this orange-carrot soup is a must.

Ingredients
1 large potato
5 carrots
1 onion
3 leeks
1 tablespoon Alpro Tasty Healthy Spread
1.5 l water
Juice from 1 orange
2 tablespoons vegetable stock
100 ml Alpro Cuisine
Black and red pepper
Pinch of salt
4 slices of bread
Tomato tapenade

Preparation
1. Wash the potato, carrots, onion and white of the leek and cut them into small pieces. Stew the vegetables in Alpro Margarine until translucent.
2. Pour the water and orange juice over the vegetables and add the vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and then let it simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the Alpro Cuisine. Keep a little aside for the finish. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread the bread with Alpro Lekker Gezond Spread and the tomato tapenade. Place under the grill for 2 minutes.
5. Serve the soup with the bread and finish with a trickle of Alpro Cuisine and a sprig of chervil. Garnish with red peppers.
