Week without meat

Eating less meat is good for the environment. More and more people are becoming aware of this and are making the choice to eat less meat.

As an adult, if you don't eat meat for one week, you save:7 months of shower water, driving 111 kilometers by car, 1 happy chicken and 7 months of work for a tree.

Would you like to eat less meat, but is the threshold still too great or do you not know where to start? Take part in the National Week Zpnder Vlees from 5 to 11 March. An initiative of Isabel Boerdam of De Hippe Vegetariaanse.

Isabel:'Eating meat or fish every day is outdated, a flexitarian diet should become the new standard in the Netherlands. With this initiative I want to get the Netherlands moving.”
