Delicious, healthy fruit ice pops made at home with just three simple ingredients: ripe bananas, fresh strawberries, and a splash of water. Perfect for summer fun with kids!
While store-bought ice cream has its charm, nothing beats the joy of crafting your own fruit ice pops. It's a quick, mess-free activity ideal for family bonding on warm days.
1 banana
170 grams strawberries
Splash of tap water
Blender, 5 ice pop molds, 5 popsicle sticks
Cut the banana and strawberries into small pieces. Blend the strawberries until smooth, then transfer to a measuring cup or bowl. Blend the banana with a dash of water for a smoother consistency. Fill 3 molds with strawberry puree and 2 with banana. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for just under 30 minutes. Remove from freezer, pour strawberry into banana molds and banana into strawberry molds for a stunning layered effect. Return to freezer for 8 hours.
