Coffee infused with wine, the new food trend that is seducing

Coffee and alcohol obviously go well together, if we are to believe recent food trends (we are reassured, they do not actually contain alcohol). After the Tennessee Whiskey Coffee, the coffee infused with Jack Daniel's, here is the one infused... with wine! Crafted by Molinari Private Reserve in the heart of California's Napa Valley wine region, the brew is a "rich coffee, with a hint of blueberry according to the brand's website, and smells like wine but tastes like coffee. And as mentioned above, it contains zero alcohol!

Milk brings out the aroma of wine

The wine-infused coffee recipe, kept secret by its creator Rick Molinari, prompted a few minor tweaks for two and a half years. According to MPR, perfection has finally been achieved! Like good wine, it is recommended to let the mixture rest before consumption (why not simply store it in the cellar…) and, a little trick, the milk brings out the aroma of the wine. Note that coffee can also be drunk cold. The product, available in a sachet for 20 dollars (19 €), is already a victim of its success since it is out of stock on the brand's website. So be patient!
