Food is the new diet

The New Year is the beginning of a healthier lifestyle for many people. This does not have to be done by drastically counting calories, as Herengracht Restaurant &Bar proves. For six weeks, a different three-course menu is on the menu every week, developed by a leading nutritionist.

Under the guise of 'Eating is the new diet', the restaurant shows that responsible enjoyment can also be done outdoors in style. A collaboration has been set up with, among others, Kris Verburgh (The Food Hourglass), Edwin Florès (The Great Wild Picking Book) and Ria Penders &Yvonne van Stigt (Organic enjoyment). The first six weeks of 2014 start at De Herengracht with delicious, healthy menus. An inspiring, refreshing and above all tasty initiative.
