Easy Homemade Dark Chocolate Bars with Whole Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 210g dark chocolate
  • 60g whole hazelnuts

Preparation

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler (bain-marie), stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted.

Stir in half of the whole hazelnuts until evenly distributed.

Pour into chocolate bar molds, spreading the mixture evenly. While still warm, top with the remaining hazelnuts, pressing them in to your desired depth for an attractive finish with visible whole nuts.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.

Tip

These bars can also be made with milk chocolate for a sweeter twist.
