Foil-Wrapped Lamb Rolls with Duchess Potatoes: Quick Oven Recipe

  • 500 g frozen duchess potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons frozen chopped garlic
  • 1 tomato

Thaw the lamb slices quickly in an airtight container under hot running water.

Preheat the oven to thermostat 7 (210°C).

Cut 4 squares of aluminum foil and lightly oil each one. Place a lamb slice on each, sprinkle with garlic and 1 tablespoon thyme, add a quarter of the tomato. Season with salt and pepper, then seal the parcels loosely to allow steam circulation.

Spread the duchess potatoes in a baking dish and bake per package instructions (about 10 minutes).

Add the foil parcels to the oven shortly after and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with the potatoes, salting them at the last moment for perfect crispiness.
