Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 g grated Comté cheese
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 courgettes
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • 1/2 glass of fresh cream
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • olive oil, pinch of Espelette pepper, salt, pepper

Preparation

Sauté the finely chopped vegetables in olive oil for a few minutes until tender.

In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, fresh cream, grated Comté cheese, Espelette pepper, salt, and pepper. Fold in the cooked vegetables.

Preheat your waffle iron, pour in the batter, and cook for 6 minutes per waffle until golden. Serve hot with a fresh green salad.
