In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, fresh cream, grated Comté cheese, Espelette pepper, salt, and pepper. Fold in the cooked vegetables.
Preheat your waffle iron, pour in the batter, and cook for 6 minutes per waffle until golden. Serve hot with a fresh green salad.
