Renowned Chef Cyril Lignac Launches Exquisite Chocolaterie in Paris

Building on his acclaimed bistros and patisseries, celebrated French chef Cyril Lignac teams up with master pastry chef Benoît Couvrand to unveil a dedicated chocolaterie on Tuesday, March 22. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., this inviting shop lets visitors purchase or savor chocolate in every form: tablets, bars, hot chocolate, spreads, pastries, and delightful surprises. As reported by Le Figaro, choose from fifteen artisanal tablets crafted in a Saint-Ouen laboratory. The "Origins" bars (€6 to €6.50) feature dark Grand Cru Ecuador (62%) or Grand Cru Creation milk (35.5%); "Inclusions" (€8) offer black grand cru with sesame and green tea or grand cru milk with nougatine and almonds; and sweets (€10), pre-cut like Lindt Chocoletti (18 pieces each), include grand cru milk caramel and marshmallow or dark grand cru mint.

A Chocolate Wonderland

Explore five chocolate bars (€5) reimagining classics like Mars, Snickers, or Bounty with flavors such as milk biscuit caramel or coconut/raspberry. Pastries max out at €6, including chocolate tart, éclair, Caribbean, hazelnut entremets, muffin, brownie, tonka brioche, chocolate-orange roll, chocolate tiger, chocolate-caramel cookie, or macaroons.

Prefer chocolate-free treats? No problem—enjoy the charming "chocolate room" while tasting cakes from Cyril's patisserie across the street. Our taste buds are tingling already. Yours too?
