  • 1 package CelaVita Sweet Potato Casserole, Thyme & Garlic
  • 250 g sushi rice
  • 80 ml rice vinegar
  • 200 g edamame beans
  • 1/2 bunch radish, sliced
  • 150 g beetroot, julienne
  • 200 g mango, cubed
  • 2 ripe avocados, in wedges
  • 4 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 nori sheet, cut into strips
  • 4 tbsp sriracha mayonnaise

Preparation Method

  1. Prepare the sweet potato casserole according to the package instructions.
