250 ml whipping cream
1 bag of klop-fix (available at the supermarket)
3 bananas
40 grams of sugar
15 grams of water
10 digestive biscuits
1 tablespoon lemon juice
And:
4 glasses
mixer
food processor
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat without stirring until bubbles form and turn light brown. Remove from heat and deglaze with 70 ml whipping cream. Whisk into a smooth caramel sauce and let cool.
Whip the remaining 180 ml whipping cream with klop-fix until stiff peaks form using a mixer.
Pulse digestive biscuits in a food processor to fine crumbs. Layer half the crumbs into the base of 4 glasses, drizzle with caramel, and add sliced bananas tossed in lemon juice.
Top with whipped cream. For extra flair, layer caramel, bananas, and cream repeatedly. On hot days, serve with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy this trusted family favorite!
