Yes, since my son was diagnosed with lactose intolerance, I had to find a solution.

Because I can no longer cook with dairy products, including fresh cream.

So I had to find some good tips to continue to delight my family without milk.

Since I tested it, I definitely adopted it.

And my guests don't even realize it's made with vegan milk.

For this recipe, all you need to do is mix a vegetable "milk" and icing sugar. Watch:

And There you go ! Your whipped cream without cream is already ready :-)

Easy, quick and delicious, right?

No more lactose allergy problems...and all that without depriving yourself of gluttony!

You can vary vegetable milks, such as coconut or soy cream.

The vegan whipped cream can be kept for 2 days in the fridge...well, if you haven't eaten it all before!

This cream is very thick without the need for Cremfix or Chantifix.

It behaves perfectly in a piping bag or siphon. Beautiful and good desserts are yours!

Bonus tips

- If the cream has fallen, you can beat it again to bring it back up.

- If you have a Thermomix or a food processor, the result will be even denser.

- As for the "real" whipped cream, place the bowl of the food processor in the cold for a faster and denser result.

- You can also make this recipe with vegetable margarine. Its fat side allows for a softer whipped cream with a texture that is closest to the "real" whipped cream. You can even do without agar-agar.

- If you are not really lactose intolerant, you can replace part of the cream with melted white chocolate. The taste is amazing and perfect with cake or strawberries.
