These French toast sticks bring a fresh berry twist to the classic. Brioche bread adds a subtle sweetness that pairs beautifully with ripe strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 8 slices of brioche bread
- 20 g white caster sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 ml milk
- 1 egg
- Blue Band Liquid Every Day
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g blueberries
- maple syrup, to taste

Preparation
- Cut the brioche into 8 thick slices and halve them to get 16 sticks. Arrange on a deep plate.
- Mix white caster sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, milk, and egg in a bowl. Whisk with a fork and pour over the sticks. Let soak for 2 minutes.
- Heat Blue Band Liquid Every Day in a frying pan. Fry sticks in batches of 4 for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Repeat until all are cooked.
- Divide sticks among plates, top with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and maple syrup to taste. Serve immediately.
