For about 4 oliebollen
- Butter
- Oliebollen (cut into thick slices)
- 1 egg
- 100 ml milk
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat the egg in a bowl and whisk in the milk. Add a dash of vanilla extract if you have it.
- Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
