Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 20 ml marsala wine
  • 80 g raisins
  • 8 slices of ham, about half a centimeter thick
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1 jar of Delizia de miele con frutta secca
  • 8 canned peach halves
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the raisins in the marsala wine for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the ham slices until a nice checkered pattern forms. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Grill the peach halves on both sides until they begin to brown. Add the Delizia di miele con frutta secca, allowing the honey to crystallize. Turn off the heat and deglaze with the raisins and marsala wine.
  4. Finely chop the rosemary leaves. Reheat, stir in the rosemary, and reduce until a syrupy sauce forms.
  5. Arrange the grilled ham and honey-glazed peaches on plates. Drizzle with the sauce and season with sea salt and black pepper.

Enjoy your meal!
