Your Gruyère aperitif lollipops are ready! :-) Simple, economical, and crowd-pleasing.

Everyone loves these cheesy snacks. Ideal for casual gatherings or dinner aperitifs.

A quick, easy recipe that's always a hit.

My bonus tip

Elevate plain lollipops with flavors! Kids like them simple, but adults enjoy spices like turmeric, curry, cumin, pepper, mustard, or cinnamon – just sprinkle before baking.

I often mix in grated Parmesan for extra depth. A winning combo from years of experimenting!

A very small cost

- 100 g grated Gruyère: €6.33/kg, or €0.63 total

That's 0.03 € per lollipop – about 20 for €0.63.

Can't beat this thrifty aperitif!
