Ingredients

  • 10 g carrot
  • 10 g potato
  • 10 g leek
  • 10 g semolina
  • 10 g Gruyère
  • 20 cl infant milk
  • 1 knob of butter

Instructions

Preparation: 10 min – Cooking: 10 min

  1. Peel and wash the vegetables.
  2. Cut into small pieces and steam for about 5 minutes.
  3. Puree or mash finely with a fork.
  4. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the semolina.
  5. Stir and cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Add the pureed vegetables, a knob of butter, and finely grated Gruyère.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
