Avocado souskai (Creole recipe)

  • garlic
    1 clove, finely chopped

  • untreated lime

  • beautiful ripe avocados

Preparation:

    Gather the garlic and salt in a mortar. Crush until a fine paste is obtained, add the chilli and crush again. When you get an ointment, add the lime juice and mix everything well.

    Peel the avocados and cut their flesh into small cubes. Gather these in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Mix carefully and marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.

    To be served as an aperitif with olive skewers.
