Recipe:Turkish pizza with lamb and eggplant

Turkish pizza with lamb and aubergine
For 4 people

Ingredients
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 legs of lamb, cut into strips
• 1 red onion
• 1 aubergine
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 400 g ready-made pizza dough
• 150 ml mashed tomatoes
• 80 g feta
• 1.5 tsp chopped mint
• Honey to drizzle

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6). Heat half the oil in a pan and fry the lamb strips in it for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Then remove it from the pan. Add the rest of the oil to the pan and fry the sliced ​​onion. Add the diced aubergine and fry for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown. Then add the crushed garlic and paprika powder and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
Unroll the pizza dough on an oven or pizza tray. Brush the dough with the tomato paste and top with the aubergine mixture and lamb. Then bake the pizza crispy in the oven.
Crumble the feta over it and divide the mint over the pizza. Drizzle with some more honey before serving.

Hint: If you like it spicy, you can also sprinkle chili over the pizza.
