After the tutorials for making your own Valentine's Day, Easter or "ice cube" chocolates, here is the first construction kit... in chocolate!
Launched by Kitchen Trotter, a start-up creating culinary experiences, Choco Bricks is a small "Do It Yourself" kit that can be eaten. Inside, there is a silicone food mold (which is not eaten!), 50 g of dark chocolate, 50 g of milk chocolate, 50 g of white chocolate, as well as two tutorial sheets. Objective ? Make Choco Chou, a little man-bear, a Santa Claus or an Eiffel Tower…before eating all the pieces.
