Cyril Lignac's pineapple cake:an easy-to-make and very tasty recipe ("It's sunshine in your mouth!")

Pineapple is always a good idea! So when Cyril Lignac decided to use this exotic fruit to make an equally tasty cake on the show Tous en cuisine this Monday, January 4, the decision was made to share the recipe for this delicious new dessert with you. Also and above all because the pineapple really deserves all our consideration!

Pineapple, the purifying and detoxifying fruit par excellence!

Why ? For bromelain, ladies and gentlemen, bromelain! By bringing this enzyme present in large quantities in the pineapple into your body, it will facilitate the breakdown of nutrients, in particular proteins and starch; you will avoid bloating, digestive disorders and heartburn. Its richness in water and potassium (mineral with diuretic effect), its soft fibers and therefore in bromelain, all this makes pineapple the purifying and detoxifying fruit par excellence, thus placing it as “the” dessert perfect after a heavy meal to digest.

Pineapple to give our secretions a better taste

Also note that in 2018 Kim Kardashian had posted on her Instagram account, a photo of her (amazing isn't it?) posing while staring at a brick of pineapple juice while exclaiming:Google the benefits of pineapple juice . We are not that easily influenced in Biba but still our curiosity had been… titillated. And indeed, the entrepreneur had then highlighted one of the unsuspected virtues of the pineapple:namely to give better taste to our secretions. A promotion of the fruit reassured by scientific studies having shown that drinking pineapple juice would indeed give a sweet taste to sperm and would have a positive impact on the smell of the vulva.

Here's how to make Cyril Lignac's tasty upside-down pineapple cake (for 4 people)!
