Cyril Lignac's Gourmet Hummus Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked chickpeas
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 small green chilli, seeded and mashed
  • 8 cl of tahini sauce
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • A few pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fine salt

Preparation steps:

  1. Reserve 2 tablespoons of chickpeas for garnish.
  2. Add the remaining chickpeas to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the minced garlic, mashed chilli, a pinch of salt, tahini sauce, and lemon juice. Blend until creamy, then transfer to a serving dish.
  4. Create waves with a spoon, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, parsley, pine nuts, and top with the reserved chickpeas.
  5. Serve with pita breads.
