– 200g avocado flesh
– 100g frozen peas
– 10g washed and dried coriander leaves
– 9g Espelette pepper
– Zest of 1 lime
– 40g lime juice
– Green Tabasco
– Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
– Fine salt and ground pepper
– Tacos or tortilla chips (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, combine the avocado flesh with the frozen peas, coriander leaves, Espelette pepper, lime juice and zest. Season with salt, pepper, and green Tabasco, then blend at high speed until very smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve in bowls topped with seeds, alongside tacos if desired.
