Ingredients

For the chocolate fudge

  • 200 g vegan dark chocolate (72% cocoa)
  • 40 ml coconut milk
  • 75 g brown hazelnuts
  • 50 g dark tahini sesame paste
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup grade C
  • Pinch of vanilla powder
  • Coarse sea salt to taste

For the turmeric latte

  • 250 ml rice drink
  • 1 tsp Curcuma Vanilla Latte

Preparation method

  1. Break the chocolate into cubes.
  2. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Set aside about a third of the chopped hazelnuts.
  3. Combine all ingredients except the sea salt and reserved hazelnuts in a saucepan. Heat gently over low heat, stirring continuously until fully melted. Remove from heat.
  4. Line a 12x12 cm square tray with baking paper. Pour in the chocolate mixture and top with the remaining hazelnuts and sea salt to taste.
  5. Refrigerate until completely set.
  6. Serve with a turmeric latte: Dissolve 1 tsp Curcuma Vanilla Latte in a splash of hot rice drink, then top up to 250 ml with warm or cold rice drink. Enjoy!
