Ingredients
- 1 pack of filo dough with almonds
- 100 g butter
Filling
- 1 pack of Pulled Oats® Tomato
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2/3 bunch of fresh thyme
Sauce
- 1 pack of full-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 50 g feta

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175°C. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl, crumble in the feta, and mix well. Allow the flavors to develop while preparing the packets.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Cut the filo dough into 10 x 10 cm squares. Brush the top layer with butter, layer another square on top, and fill with a spoonful of Pulled Oats®, half a cherry tomato, and some thyme. Fold the corners up to seal the filling completely. Brush with more butter and bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot with the yogurt sauce.
