Ingredients
- 12 slices of bread
- 250 milliliters of milk
- 250 grams of strawberries
- 200 grams of cream cheese
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Butter or margarine for frying
Instructions
- Remove the crusts from the bread slices and flatten them slightly with a rolling pin.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice, top with sliced strawberries, then roll up and seal with more cream cheese.
