Homemade vegetable chips

A tasty and healthy snack that you made in no time.

Sweet potato, parsnips, beets, radishes… All four of these vegetables are very suitable for making vegetable chips.

This is how you make vegetable chips
Cut the vegetables into thin slices, drizzle with olive oil and season if necessary. Then place the slices on an oven tray lined with baking paper and roast them at 180 degrees until crispy. Flip the chips once in between.

How long should the chips be roasted?
How long the chips should be roasted depends on, among other things, the oven, whether your oven heats optimally and how thin the slices are. Keep a close eye on your chips the first few times and you'll soon be able to make them perfectly crispy.
