An energetic morning with quick breakfast muffins

Ingredients for 12 muffins

  • 100 grams of muesli or oatmeal
  • 100 grams of self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 deciliter (vegetable) milk
  • 1 deciliter (vegetable) yogurt
  • 50 grams of honey
  • Add cinnamon, cocoa nibs, coconut, blueberries or other ingredients to taste.

Getting started

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Then mix all ingredients in a bowl and spoon the batter into the muffin tins with a spoon.
  • Bake them in 15 minutes.

Hint: You can also make self-raising flour yourself. This is how you do it:mix 100 grams of flour with 3 to 6 grams of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
