Recipe:poppy seed bagel with fried egg, crab salad and samphire

At Easter, of course, an egg is part of it. But will it be a boiled egg, fried or something else…? How about a fried egg on a poppy seed bagel with crab salad and samphire. Here's the recipe!

For 2 people, preparation time:25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 bagels with poppy seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g crab salad
  • 80 g samphire
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed

Add your own:

  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the bagels for 9 minutes.
  • Fry the eggs as a fried egg and keep them separately on a plate.
  • Fry the samphire briefly with some oil in the same pan.
  • Place the bagels with crab salad and samphire. Season with lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Place the fried eggs on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
