Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients:
• 1 whole chicken
• 1 slice of bread
• 1 handful of chopped parsley
• 2 slices of ham, sliced
• 1 green pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1-2 eggs
• 5 tablespoons milk
• Salt, nutmeg, and oil

Preparation

Clean the chicken, remove the giblets, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Prepare the filling: Cube the bread and mix with chopped parsley, a few tablespoons of finely chopped ham, sliced green pepper, and 1 tablespoon chopped onion. Pour over a mixture of 1-2 beaten eggs and 5 tablespoons milk. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg, then mix well. Stuff the chicken cavity, drizzle with oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 1 hour. Serve hot and savor every bite!
