Start by washing the baby spinach thoroughly and arranging it in a large salad bowl.
Hull the strawberries, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and gently toss them with the spinach.
Cut the goat cheese into small cubes, then add them to the bowl along with the almonds.
Prepare the dressing by whisking 3 tablespoons of walnut oil with 2 tablespoons of raspberry vinegar, plus salt and pepper to taste. Set aside and drizzle over the salad just before serving for maximum freshness.
