An exotic mocktail recipe.

An exotic mocktail recipe.

A trip to the tropics, anyone? Let's go to the Seychelles with the Praslin cocktail, a fragrant, tasty and alcohol-free recipe for everyone to enjoy.

For this holiday-inspired cocktail, you need:

- 40 cl of mango juice
- 30 cl of pineapple juice
- 20 cl of passion fruit juice
- 10 cl lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

The preparation of this cocktail without alcohol is childish. Just mix the mango, pineapple, passion fruit and lime juices, add the sugar and shake it all up in a shaker. If you don't have a shaker, use a bottle to make the cocktail, it's no problem. Then put the drink in the fridge for a few hours.

Praslin is drunk extra chilled , and in large cocktail glasses, it's even better. To really feel like you're on vacation, you candecorate the glasses with quarters of pineapple or mango and add straws and colored umbrellas. Good tasting!

Savings Achieved

The cocktails served in the bars aren't bad, but at €7 a glass the bill remains in your throat... Homemade, the Praslin will cost you downright less than the bartender's service. I calculated that a liter of house cocktail costs you 5€ and at that price you have at least 4 glasses... It immediately makes the difference.

And to lower the bill even more, you can buy ingredients like passion fruit juice in Chinese grocery stores. It's sold in cans, exactly what you need, it's cheaper and moreover, you will have more facilities to find this kind of exotic products in these shops.
