oneUNIT cocktail from De Thuisborrel Club Conscious Edition
Ingredients:
40 ml Campari
30 ml lemon juice
20 ml St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
20 ml egg white
5 ml sugar syrup
ice cubes
Garnish: (dried) orange slice
Preparation method:
1. Grab a coupe glass and a shaker.
2. Fill your glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour all ingredients, except the garnish, into the shaker.
4. Dry shake first (without ice) for a silky texture.
5. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again.
6. Discard the ice from the glass, then double-strain the cocktail into it.
7. Garnish with a (dried) orange slice.
