Delicious and Ready in 10 Min:The Christmas Tree Recipe Stuffed with Homemade Nutella.

This is the kind of Christmas tree around which all the family likes to get together!

A Christmas tree in puff pastry, stuffed with homemade Nutella. Yum!

This is a very gourmet recipe that I like to make every year for my children, during the Advent period.

It helps the whole family to wait before Santa Claus arrives :-)

Quick and economical, this recipe is also super easy to make .

All you need is 5 ingredients, 10 min preparation , 20 min of cooking... That's it, it's ready! Watch the video:

Ingredients

- 2 puff pastry

- 60g homemade Nutella

- 30g slivered almonds

- 1 organic egg yolk

- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

How to

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

2. Generously spread the homemade Nutella over the entire surface of the first puff pastry, fresh from the fridge.

3. Sprinkle the slivered almonds over the dough.

4. Spread the second puff pastry on the one spread with homemade Nutella.

5. With a sharp knife, cut out the shape of a large Christmas tree from these 2 layered puff pastry sheets.

6. Remove the scraps of dough.

7. Cut strips of dough 1.5 cm thick on both sides. Be sure to keep the center intact to make the trunk of the tree.

8. Gently twist each of these strips filled with chocolate.

9. Beat the egg yolk in a small bowl.

10. Using a pastry brush, brush the entire Christmas tree with the beaten egg.

11. Sprinkle the surface of the tree with a little sugar.

12. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven, until the tree is golden brown.
