Epiphany calls for the iconic galette des rois, and as a seasoned home baker, nothing beats a homemade version to make the celebration special. This year, I'm sharing my foolproof chocolate frangipane galette—a family favorite that my kids adore, especially the thrill of drawing the fève to crown the king or queen.
Even if I don't get the fève this time, this recipe makes me the undisputed queen of the kitchen.
