Chocolate addicts, this recipe is for you!
It's easy, economical and quick:it's the best chocolate cake recipe I know to make at home.
This succulent dessert only takes 20 minutes to prepare and cook.
Quick, right? Have a good treat!
- 1 tablet of 200 g dessert chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 4 to 5 tablespoons of flour
- 80 g of sugar
- 80 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk
1. Put the chocolate, butter and milk in a large container.
2. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes so that the chocolate melts.
3. Add the flour, sugar and the 3 eggs.
4. Mix everything well and put the dough in a suitable dish.
5. Cook 6 to 8 minutes in the microwave or 15 to 20 minutes in the oven thermostat 6 or 7.
And that's it, it's ready:all you have to do is treat yourself :-)
I admit that I often worry about it, because it's too good. I make 4, eat one and put the other 3 in the freezer for later.
