- 1 puff pastry
- 3 zucchinis
- 3 onions
- 25 cl of cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 log of goat cheese
- olive oil
- basil, salt, pepper
1. Peel and finely chop the onions.
2. Wash and slice the zucchinis into rounds.
3. Sauté the onions and zucchini in a pan with a little olive oil until softened.
4. Wash and chop a few basil leaves.
5. Mix the basil into the vegetables in the pan.
6. In a bowl, whisk the cream with the eggs.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Roll out the puff pastry into a baking dish and prick it with a fork.
9. Arrange 8-10 slices of goat cheese over the pastry, leaving some space.
10. Top with the vegetable mixture, then pour the egg-cream mixture over everything.
11. Bake at 180°C (th.6) for 30-40 minutes.
