Ingredients

For 4 people

- 2 eggs

- 100 g of flour

- 90 ml of milk

- 70 ml of oil

- 2 teaspoons of yeast

- 130 g of ham

- 50g of olives

- 70 g of grated cheese

- salt, pepper

How to

1. Preheat your oven to 180° (thermostat 5/6).

2. Meanwhile, cut ham and olives into pieces of the size of your choice (but not too big).

3. In a bowl (a salad bowl type container), mix flour, yeast and eggs.

4. Add the lukewarm milk, little by little while stirring.

5. Add the olive oil and then the grated cheese.

6. Finally add your pieces of ham and olives.

7. Mix everything well, before putting it in a cake tin, buttered if necessary.

8. Bake for about 40 min.

Cooking often depends on the type of oven you have. To be sure your cake is cooked, insert a knife into it. If the blade comes out dry , it is cooked.
