5 quick and easy breakfast ideas

If for years we have been stuffing ourselves with jam sandwiches in one bite so as not to be late for work, it may be time to change our habits, right? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet we tend to rush it under the pretext of “not having time”. While 10 minutes are enough to concoct a good breakfast! And here are some examples.

Bagel with cream cheese

So precisely, we are tired of these sandwiches that always fall on the buttered side, we opt for a poppy seed bagel (this famous round bread from the United States). It is grilled before spreading a light layer of cream cheese. Yum ! If you are not very salty in the morning, you choose almond butter, which is very nourishing, or even fresh fruit. We don't forget to accompany our bagel with a cup of tea and a glass of fruit juice.

Chia seed pudding

When you think of pudding in the morning at 7:30 am, it doesn't really make you want to, especially in terms of the preparation time! However, the chia seed pudding (a small seed rich in omega 3), can be prepared in 5 minutes flat. Normally, the pudding has to stay in the fridge overnight, but we found a quicker solution. For this, you must mix in a saucepan 250 ml of vegetable drink (almond, coconut, soy, etc.), 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and some dried fruit. And to bring a little caffeine, we dip 1 tea bag with spices. The whole thing forms a complete breakfast if you add a kiwi or a small bunch of grapes.

Nuts + fruit =the winning combo!

Ok, we understand, we don't all have the same motivation in the morning. This is why we can also decide to play the card of simplicity:an apple (or a banana) with a mixture of nuts is enough to avoid the helm at 11 a.m. And if you add a hot drink and/or a glass of almond drink, it's perfect!

Scrambled eggs and wholemeal bread toasts

We often forget that scrambled eggs cook in just 2 minutes on a hot pan. It would be a shame not to enjoy ! We toast a slice of wholemeal bread, meanwhile we break one or two mixed eggs and presto, a hearty breakfast full of protein. And with fruit it's even better!

Red fruits and fromage blanc

Because we don't always have fresh fruit in our kitchen, the trick is to keep a frozen bag in our freezer, for example of red fruits. Loaded with antioxidants, we pour the berries into a small bowl that we turn in the microwave for 30 seconds, and presto, we pour the contents into a fromage blanc with a few nuts!

Now, it's out of the question to go out on an empty stomach at work, we eat quickly... but well!
