Ingredients

- 125 g of butter

- 2 egg yolks

- 4 tablespoons of honey

- 140 g of flour

- 2 tablespoons of sugar (brown sugar)

- 1/2 sachet of baking powder

- 2 tablespoons of orange blossom

- 1 pinch of salt

How to

Preparation: 15 mins - Cooking: 10 min - For 6 people

1 . Preheat the oven to 180° (thermostat 6) for 10 min.

2. Break the eggs to separate the yolks from the whites with this trick.

3. Melt the butter in the microwave.

4. In a bowl, put the egg yolks, sugar, honey, orange blossom and melted butter.

5. Mix well with a whisk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.

6. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt, then the baking powder.

7. Gradually add this mixture to the bowl while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

8. When the mixture hardens, flour your hands to form a ball of dough.

9. From this ball form small balls of dough about 2 cm in diameter.

10. Place each small ball on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Space the balls at least 2 cm apart.

11. Let cook for about 10 minutes. When the edges turn golden brown, it's done.
